USER RIGHTS
Users have the right to:
- Request access to their personal data being processed and receive such information in writing by the requested means.
- Request the correction of inaccurate personal data or, where appropriate, their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

DATA ORIGIN
The personal data will be provided by the data subject on an absolutely voluntary basis. All failure to provide certain data or to answer questions that may be made in the registration processes or on the different electronic forms presented to the User, may make it impossible to access certain services that require the personal data to be able to be rendered. In this case, the Data Manager will inform of the mandatory and/or necessary nature of providing personal data for the operation of the service.
The Data Manager ensures the confidentiality of personal data and guarantees their security, taking the necessary steps to prevent their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access.
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS
Minors under 18 years of age cannot assign their personal data without the prior consent of their father/mother and/or legal guardians.
By putting data in the contact form or presented in download forms, users expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data are needed by the Data Manager to answer their request; the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.
Users guarantee that the personal data provided are true and are responsible for informing any changes to them.
All the data requested through the website are necessary to give Users an optimal service. If not all data are provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services that the Data Manager gives might adapt completely to users’ needs.

The Data Manager guarantees that they have implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect Users’ rights and freedoms and has given appropriate information for them to exercise them.
SECURITY BREACHES
The Data Manager will report any security breach that affects the database used by this website, or that affects any of our third-party services, each and every person whose data may have been affected, and authorities, within 72 hours after it is detected.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
In resolving all controversies or issues related to this website or the activities carried out herein, Spanish legislation will be applied, to which the parties expressly submit, the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona being competent to resolve all conflicts derived from or related to its use.
